Austin Taylor-Laybourn, Grants Manager

From volunteering with the Terrence Higgins Trust in the late 1980’s he brings with him over 20 years experience of working within the Third Sector. Since then he has worked as Research Associate for the Institute of Education (HIV/AIDS, Mental Health research and evaluation) and studied for a MSc in Social Science Research Methods and Statistics.

He has worked as a Grants Officer for a number of funders including Opportunities for Volunteering, Big Lottery Fund (previously National Lottery Charities Board) then focused on evaluation and learning as lead Officer for the Diana Memorial Fund and more recently as UK Grants Learning Manager for Comic Relief.
