Trust for London's response to the Good Work Plan consultation

On 16th July 2019, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Home Office opened a consultation on a proposal to create a single organisational body responsible for enforcing employment rights. Trust for London has a long tradition in funding projects to improve employment practice, access to rights for all workers in London and research into labour market and enforcement of rights. Therefore, working with our established Employment Legal Advice Network (ELAN), we submitted a response to the 'Good Work Plan: establishing a new Single Enforcement Body for employment rights' consultation.
