LSE analysis of UK social policy 1997-2015

These reports form part of the Social Policy in a Cold Climate (SPCC) programme examining the effects of the major economic and political changes in the UK since 2007, particularly their impact on the distribution of wealth, poverty, inequality and social mobility.

The research is produced by the Centre for Analysis of Social Exclusion (CASE) at the London School of Economics.

The first phase of SPCC research, published in July 2013, produced a set of reports reviewing the social policy record and outcomes of the Labour government across five strands (together with an overall summary report, listed first):
