Permanent, part-time: 21-28 hours per week
Starting salary: £50,563 per annum (pro rata)
Trust for London is looking for our first in-house dedicated HR professional, covering all areas of HR development and management, and oversight of our office services.
Reporting directly to our new Chief Executive, you will work closely with members of the senior management team and other line managers. Our primary HR priorities include developing hybrid and flexible working, equality, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing strategy. You will manage a team of two office services staff.
You will be a highly experienced HR generalist with excellent knowledge and experience in employee relations and engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection. Other HR specialisms would be an advantage, including wellbeing, learning and development, organisational development, or reward. Your understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion will be core to the role.
