The Strengthening Voices Realising Rights (SVRR) initiative was launched to spur a renewed emphasis on the realisation of disabled people’s rights. To ensure the project has the greatest impact, we’re now looking for a partner to deliver an evaluation of the SVRR to strengthen and improve its delivery.
We are seeking to commission an evaluation to enable key stakeholders to understand how SVRR is working and to identify good practice and areas for improvement going forwards.
Potential evaluators should have an understanding of disability as a social construct, practical experience of formative evaluation methods and of using methodologies capable of generating practical learning. Priority will be given to consultants that identify as Disabled or organisations led by Disabled People, and registered Living Wage employers.
A total budget of £85,000 inclusive of VAT, expenses and travel is available.
