Head of Communications
We are looking for a new Head of Communications to join the team at an incredibly exciting time in our development.
Salary: £48,719 - 56,891 per annum (with generous leave entitlement and pension)
Contract type: Permanent

This vital role will raise the profile of the issues relating to poverty and inequality and the work we are doing to tackle it, as well as working collaboratively with some of our grantees to improve their communications skills.
The Head of Communications will design and deliver a coherent and impactful communications strategy and articulate key messages about different aspects of the Trust's work. They will be responsible for ensuring exemplary media relations with journalists, newspapers, radio and television and the proactive identification of opportunities for further coverage of the Trust's work. In doing so they will guarantee the organisations the Trust supports are placed front and centre. This broad role will take full ownership of the wider communications function, including digital channels such as website and social, communicating data and research outputs - including London's Poverty Profile, training and supporting grantees and partners.
