What we're working on
-
Good homes and neighbourhoods
When housing costs too much, it pushes people into poverty. We fund groups working towards better, more affordable, secure housing for everyone.
-
Better work
Work only works if it’s secure, rewarding and pays at least a living wage. We support organisations fighting for quality jobs, higher pay and respect at work.
-
Decent living standards
For lots of Londoners, being able to afford the basics is dependant on a decent social security system. We support groups demanding a decent standard of living for all.
-
Shared wealth
Inequality is bad for everyone, whether you’re rich or poor. We fund projects that call out unfairness, to make a powerful argument for change.
-
Pathways to settlement
Making a fresh start somewhere new can be difficult. We fund groups campaigning for migrants' rights, and organisations that provide legal advice.
-
Stronger voices
People who have experienced poverty have powerful stories to tell. Our funding helps campaigners tell more engaging and impactful stories.
-
Connected communities
Grassroots local groups know how to help their communities. We fund organisations with less than £300,000 income a year to speak out and give better advice.
-
Racial justice
Too many Black and minoritised Londoners struggle to lead lives that are financially secure. We fund organisations led by Black and minoritised communities challenging racial and economic injustice.
-
Disability justice
More Disabled Londoners than ever face poverty, inequality and exclusion. We fund Deaf and Disabled People's Organisations to help them advocate for the change needed for a fairer society.
