Guidance on monitoring and evaluation

Stage One

Within four months of receiving your formal offer of grant you will be expected to submit an evaluation framework. Training will be offered to you soon after your funding has been agreed to help with this, if required. Further guidance and an evaluation framework are available below:

Stage Two

If you have been funded for more than one year then mid-way through your grant, you will be expected to submit an interim evaluation report.
It is important that you submit this report mid-way through your grant in order to release your next payment.

We will remind you when this is due and give you three months notice to write it.

Stage Three

At the end of your grant, you will need to submit a Final Evaluation Report.

In addition, you will all be expected to submit your annual report and accounts for every year of your grant.
