Trust for London: Director of Special Initiatives and Evaluation
Sioned Churchill

Sioned has worked for City Parochial Foundation and Trust for London since 2001, initially as a Field Officer with responsibility for monitoring and evaluation and since 2005, as Director of Special Initiatives and Evaluation.
At CPF/TfL she takes the lead on a number of special initiatives including the domestic violence and preventing racist violence programmes and the Fear and Fashion programme - a collaborative initiative with four other funders to tackle knife culture among young people in London. Sioned is also responsible for evaluation at the Foundation, including supporting groups to self-evaluate, co-ordinating training support and commissioning external evaluations.
Sioned is the convenor of the Association of Charitable Foundations (ACF)'s Monitoring and Evaluation Issue Based Network and also a member of the CASS Review Panel for the Diploma/MSc in Grant-Making and London Funders Research and Evaluation Group.
Prior to working at CPF/TfL Sioned worked for 20 years in community development in King's Cross, London. Her experience included managing three community centres, co-ordinating the local community safety and health partnerships and organising a range of community projects.
Sioned continues to be actively involved in the voluntary and community sector, as a trustee and vice-chair of Voluntary Action Camden.
